PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

1.What is the estimated time of delivery and shipping cost?

The estimated time of delivery depends on your shipping location, but on average, your order will reach you within 3-7 business days. We offer FREE shipping within Australia on all orders above $39. For orders below $39, a shipping charge of $9.95 is applicable.

2. Is international delivery available?

At the moment, we only ship to Australia, New Zealand. The customer is responsible for customs duty and other applicable fees on international packages. These expenses are not covered by PINK MINT. Overseas shipping might get delayed due to various circumstances that are out of our control.

 

RETURN AND REFUND

1.What is your return and refund policy?

Customer satisfaction is our core value. We examine our products carefully before shipping, to ensure strict quality control. But in case you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order in unused condition within 14 days of dispatch.

Items that have been used in any way are not eligible for return and refund.

Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense and the original shipping cost will be not refunded.

 

2. What if an order is damaged during shipping?

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment , please send us photographic evidence of the damaged item to hello@pinkmint.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replace the damaged product. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items.

 

3. What to do if you received an incorrect or defective order?

We offer free replacements for any incorrect items received or items that are defective or damaged. Please inform us at hello@pinkmint.com.au within 14 days of purchase, along with photographic evidence.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or there was a despatch error made by PINK MINT. 
  • PINK MINT is not responsible for uncollected parcels due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
