Processing Time:

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $50 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $50 AUD. Delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Delivery

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and we will assist where possible.

Returns & Refunds

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
